Not sure what size to order? Here's how to find out:

1. Measure a ring you already own that fits the intended finger —
   measure the inner diameter in millimeters.
2. No ring on hand? Wrap a strip of paper or string around your
   finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length.
3. Compare your measurement to our size chart to find your
   CÉLVAE size.

For our Oura-compatible companion bands: sizing follows Oura's own
ring sizing system, not standard US sizing. If you already own an
Oura Ring, order the same size — no conversion needed. If you're
unsure, we recommend requesting Oura's free sizing kit before
ordering, since these bands are designed to sit flush against it.
